Yes, depending on many different factors and the level of determination of somebody wanting to find out. Exams within hours afterwards will easily show proof of sexual intercourse, and modern rape kits can obtain all kinds of tell DNA samples ( HAIR, SKIN....). If you have to hide to have sex then it isn't a good idea to be having it in the first place.
If you do it safely (which is never 100% safe), there isn't a way to know a girl has had sex or not. The hymen can break from things other than sex.

If she tells them, you will have to have a little chat with her. And you will need to know whether she has had sex before, otherwise there are probably some tests her parents can have done.

Why are you concerned about her parents unless she is underage? If she is an adult, it is her business and her business alone.
