If you are working hard and getting plenty of protein (about 0.8 g each day per pound of body weight), then 2-3 lbs per month is very realistic.

I think that would be variable. It would depend on if it was a male or a female. The height of the person. The age of the person. What the person was taking in. How much the person was exercising. What the person was composed of in the 1st place. The genetics of the person. The general health of the person. That is just my educated guess. I am not a trainer. I would ask a trainer. I have just studied some nutrition and science in college.

I do not think there is an exact answer. I would think the diet centers would love it if their was.
