Depends where I go and how imaginative I'm feeling. Tescos do the best chicken tikka samosas. That or an onion bahji. Morrisons are a bit hit and miss. Chicken spring roll is usually the best option. Or I might just go for a Pepparami. Or a packet of Fizzy Fish or Cola Bottles, if I'm feeling sweet-toothed.
Good question - glad I'm not the only one thinks about this as I walk around the supermarket. That post-shopping driving snack is an integral part of the experience.

Hate shopping at that time, much prefer early morning, but just love a cold thick milk shake or yoghurt drink on the way home

Nice sandwich or some of the precooked chicken, but I don't like walking and eating so I wait till I get home.

sometimes I have a Scotch egg, sometimes a sandwich, or occasionally something sweet like a pastry. I usually cross the road to the chippy and get a sausage in batter though, I love them.

Well, since I usually have my two toddlers in-tow, I eat whatever it is I have to open for them to keep them from having tantrums. LOL Usually animal crackers, Cheez-Its, popcorn cakes, etc. If I had it MY way, I'd have Doritos, Cheetos, or something like that.

A bag of wild rocket, mmmmm!! Oh and to Ridgely - Get off your high horse, you smug git. And learn to spell. Your post on "Pakistanies" is racist, incorrect, and contains spelling errors in several places including "Pakistanies". Grown Adults do not need you lecturing them on diet. I imagine by your spelling and attitude you are not British.

Swing by Rotten Ronnies (Mc Donalds) and order the combo 4. You can't go wrong there.
