If you are a busy person noodles would be the extra strength due to the carbs, to much though and the carbs turn to sugar and the then to fat, and body fat clings to sugar. Like anything you eat, if you balance out and get plenty of exercise you will be ok. Indulgence on any one thing is not a good idea.
Good Luck...

Hi
lf you want the more healthier choice of noodles go with
the whole wheat variety they taste really good and dont have
all the calories. They also taste great in a salad. Hope this

They are perfectly healthy in moderation, and carbs are not "bad" ... they are the energy your body runs on.
If you are trying to lose weight there is only one rule: eat less and exercise more. Anything else is faddism and likely to backfire when you "go off" the diet of dried cardboard and vinyl chips.

i reckon it would also depend on what dressing you use, if it is a high fat dressing then it would not be too healthy. And everything in moderation is a pretty good way to look at it. Increase your levels of exercise.

talk to a nutritionist. everything is fine in moderation and a nutritionist will help you find what is optimal for you persoanlly. also, i would check out weight watchers online - they have a lot of recipes you can access for free - and their stuff tastes good and is healthy. good luck!
