she has no energy and she can barely move around. she is a three year old female cat and has never had any problems until this

I am surprised you have not brought her to the vet by now... How come you didnt? obviously something wrong with her!

My friend this is one sick cat. Where is the discharge coming from? Every time you see blood you have problems. Cat must go to vet. I don't know what's wrong but it sounds serious.
Money is always a problem. Vets are human. If you can make a starter payment on what has to be done, some of them will let pay off a bill over a few months. Take the largest amount of money you can spare now and get cat seen.
