do you understand your own question?
You can't burn anything into your computer since your computer doesn't use an optical drive as standard memory drive. It uses a magnetic one. Therefore, you can download something from internet onto your computer... And it will only end up where you tell it to. If you forgot where you asked it to go, use the "search" tool of windows explorer.

what you can burn is a cd r or a dvd r. (or cd rw or dvd rw if you have some - but honestly, for a movie you will want to keep ad vitam eternam, it would be quite stupid)
if you don't have one already, go and buy yourself a dvd writer (costs 20-40 $ depending on the brand) and a few blank dvd's. (50cents per dvd if i'm not mistaken... you might want to check that. might have fallen down to 10 cents since the last time I bought some...) and burn your dvd in your dvd writer.

i download music, videos, programs and other stuff in limewire. Limewire is a downloading program or network. You can also use imesh, kazaa, napster and the like.

after you have searched and downloaded your chosen movie, then you can burn it in a cd or dvd depending on your burner. I use ahead nero as my program, which is compatible to my burner/device.
