Without trimming

I've tried every "extra moisturizing" conditioner, balm, leave-in treatment, even home-made conditioners and sorry to say, the only way to get rid of split ends is to cut them off. Get used to trimming your hair every 2 months so it grows in nice and healthy. If you're not happy with the length after trimming, it really helps to gently massage your scalp especially when shampooing your hair because it stimulates your scalp and makes your hair grow in faster.

1.) Remove styling product residue which can dull hair and make it look damaged, you can use a clarifying shampoo or apple cider vinegar as a rinse followed by shampoo.

2.) once you have removed product build up,find a shampoo that does not contain Sodium laurel sulfate use products that do as not contain synthetic ingredients because these will build up on your hair leading to limpness, and even loss of hair.

3.)whenever you blow dry your hair be sure to use a diffuser and and with a leave in conditioner or conditioning styling product.

4.) Be sure you are getting enough protein in your diet, and minerals through things like meat, nuts, and beans, essential fats like flax, fish and olive oil, minerals from green vegetables, spinach and seaweeds.take a balanced multi-vitamin and extra biotin, zinc and silica this will help stimulate hair growth from the inside out.

5.)get regular trims, thin hair can become damaged at the ends very easily keep your hair trimmed regularly so your ends stay protected,do not brush hair when wet,use a wide toothed comb instead and be careful thin hair is fragile and will snap easily, don't use elastics or harsh ponytails loose hairstyles or up in a bun are best.

you have to get your hair trimmed every 2 months at least in order to get rid of the split ends.

Trim your hair. Since hair is technically not alive, but comprised of dead skin cells, there is no way to actually repair the damage. You can minimize the appearance of damage at the site of breakage by using a product like Pantene that coats the hair shaft, but that is as close as you can actually come to 'repairing' split ends.

I like split ends, its an indication that a woman wont waste your money on her hair. Women with 'perfect' hair annoy me, total turn off. Especially the 'high-light' chicks with the blonde streaks running down their hair. That's 3hrs and $90+ min ever month.

impossible. your hair is split and damaged, by not cutting it, it will only get worse.. the splits will split higher and the ends will become frizzier. there's no escaping getting your haircut.
