hi Sunil Nayar,
surely u r born brought up in US / Euro; & never been to Indiya / Kerala I guess;
idly+sambhar, plain dosai+sambhar+chatney, uthapa + chatney, medu vadai + rasam, rice in diff flavours like - lemon, orange, imaly, mango with curd ( without fat); always end with Butter milk and lots of it ( as filler).
any combination in rotation is good enough,
best thing is other than rice-flavours which should be taken in lunch and dinner; for the rest of dishes you need not "name them any meal name";
happy - diet food specially from south indiya!
