We have some poppyseed roll or strudel or kuchen or whatever you call it on the counter. My wife just saw some ants on the package. How can I tell the seeds apart from the ants? I ate it anyway, I love it.

If what you ate was not moving then you didn't eat any ants. But don't go for a drug test after eating anything with poppy seeds as you will test positive for Opiates.

I should not worry about it. As you have eaten the evidence, it will be difficult to figure out which was which. Next time, check for movement. the seeds with legs that run away are ants, and the ants that don't run away are probably either dead ants or seeds.

Ants have legs, eyes and tenticles. Some have red bums like baboons too.
I'd rethink eating the bread next time.... lol

it doesnt matter now how to tell which is which. you already ate them! anyways dont worry, they ate worse in fear factor

plant all of them, and see which ones dig their way out quickly, and which ones take longer to come up.
