It's not easy to say that line in an instant. It might just surprise or shock the girl you're going to say that.
You must observe first if she also likes you. But there are so many girls who can show friendliness to other guys but they do not like those guys to be their "guy". They only want those guys to be their friends.

Of course it's not easy, and you might be nervous, but it's very important to make it clear that you two are together.
This certainly means that you want to be exclusive with her, right?
You should address her that you like her alot, don't want to mess up your relationship by any misunderstanding, and want to know more about her, so you want to be with her.
