I just want to ask for tip/ideas of how I can make a miniature rack for a warehouse model. Like, what material I should use and how it could stand there with boxes in it.

Depends on how much you scale it down.
The original racks are made of steel bars, which are probably about 10cm (4 inches) wide. Say your model is between 50:1 to 100:1 in scale, you could use matches (heads cut off) glued together to build the model racks. If you also add the diagonal struts, then it should be strong and stable enough to carry little boxes.

Use an H bridge and a microcontroller. H-bridge and CD4017, with an LM555 clocking that. you're able to desire to even have the string linked to a crank, and have the timer administration the motor on and rancid with a relay or darlington motive force.
