herbs, like: marjoram, basil, bay leaf, oregano, thyme,parsley, celery etc
ive tried tht this is doesnt work with veegtables, like, carrot n watercress for instance.

Also, try an internet search such as freezing ______ (insert whatever your trying to freeze in the blank) you should come up with lots of info on whatever your trying to accomplish.

Yes I have done that many times. A favorite way was to take several ice cube trays and place sprigs of herbs into each square, fill with water and freeze. When you need the herbs for cooking you just pop out as many herb filled ice cubes that you need and add them to your recipe.

Put them in a zip-lock plastic pouch or glass/plastic air-tight container in the chill tray (former) or in the fridge (latter) NOT in the freezer.

for maximum one week:
wrap herbs in a kitchen paper towel and then put them in a plastic bag or tuper ware.

BEST : either dry them or try to use them as long as they are fresh!

they get mushy when you take them out -- its better to dry them.
