herbs, like: marjoram, basil, bay leaf, oregano, thyme,parsley, celery etc
ive tried tht this is doesnt work with veegtables, like, carrot n watercress for instance.

Yes it's a good way! However, you should chop them as you would normally then put them with water in an ice cube tray and freeze. To use, just take a cube and add it to your dish.

Carrots and root vegetables and celery sticks should be cooked before freezing and most green vegetables should be blanched (immersed in boiling water for a minute or so) and cooled before freezing. Fresh herbs, however, don't need blanching if prepared as I described above.

You can also make herb flavoured oils by putting your herb in warm olive oil and allowing to steep for a week or so, then straining.

Bay leaves, by the way, are better dried. Fresh bay leaves tend to be bitter. The freezing technique is best for herbs like basil, parsley and cilantro which are much better fresh than dried. Thyme and oregano tend not to lose so much by drying.

remember how the watercress turned out? yeh. better you just dry them, seal them in a jar with tight lid.

Why don't you try to grow them, then you can cut of fresh leaves when you need them. Lots of them can be grown in pots so you don't even need a garden.
