If you wish to burn to DVD then Nero or Roxio can change the format, or you can play and capture through a TV card but if you convert to mpeg, avi or DivX you can save, edit and convert.
Most modern TV do display PAL and NTSC (a few even do SECAM), or if you have a multi-region VCR that should also be able to read the stream.

You can't. But if your camera is digital you can save the file (video) to your PC and when you copy them to DVD it will let you choose which system you want the discs to play on. Sorted! Or you get a DVD player that will play all formats. Easy peasy.

you cant.. if its ntsc? then all modern uk pal tv/dvd recorders will play it.....
