I met my soul mate that way. He was a patient one day at my work, I was going on my lunch break and I walked past him on the way to the door, he went "hey, psssst, how did you get to be so gorgeous?" Well, I blushed of course and was very surprised that a man who had never met me before would just come out with a line like that. I mean I could have been a snob to him for that, but NO, I came back from lunch and he was waiting for me, so I told him to come back at closing time and we'd visit. Oops, I took him home with me and then to my bed and we've been together now for 17 years. So, yes, women love men approaching us, evidentally I did.

I think all women and men would like it. Even if it is a creep. Because in a way it confirms their status, their worth, their looks, they're just proven that they're "wanted".
Most would like the attention, unless they get it so often that they are used to it. I would guess it satisfies the ego.

It's flattering but at the same time sometimes it's annoying. Like one day I was in my car checking messages on my phone, this dude screams out "I see you pressin' buttons why aint my phone ringing?" C'mon like I'm going to think that's attractive!!!

i think it depends on how we approach them and not are too pushy or overwhelming but if we tread them with respect i cant see why not....HEY wouldn't you be flattered?!?!I WOULD BE!!
