Sorry, you need to see a specialist. Anything over the age of seven is outside the realms of normal. There are a few reasons this could be happening, some physical some not, so it is better to get a Paed involved to start ruling things out

Didn't you think it was an issue at age 4 or 5??? Maybe you should take your child to a doctor, any doctor, a shrink, pick someone! Get off of Yahoo Answers, and maybe spend more time with the child as well.

Its gonna be very hard to ake that off if he is already 9 O_O!!
My guess is try to record and calculae at waht time he makes teh pottty and take him to the bathroom at that time
But its gona be hard he is big.
