well if you want to gain weight by any means necessary you can try eating cold food. Due to their temperature it slows down your metabolism. as well as eating fatty foods. I dont recommend due to risking your health. you can try supplements and see how that works out for you.

Steps:
** Take solid foods always
*** Sleep for atleast 8 to 9 hours the day
*** Eggs, Breads,Dhall,Non-Veg Good Choice
*** Take Chewanprash twice a day
*** Eat frequently and eat While watching TV or Hearing songs
*** Avoid unnecessary SWETS and hard work
*** Carry eatables,Chocklates/Toffees

i think for 5'9" tall your current weight is good enough. increasing ten kg dont you think its too much.and if you do really want to increase then eat healthy food timely...always be happy..no tensions.. eat foods rich in carbohydrates,starch. eats lots of potatoes and sleep well.okay

Eat some thing heavy like iron rich stuffs. Total calories should not exceed 10000mg.

this depends on your lifestyle - especially your eating habits.
You have to take more carbohydrates in your meals.

Also your food intake should increase and have enough rest. if this do not work - then see your doctor if there is something wrong in your body.

wats yr age ? If below 30's then do not go in for much increase...just keep maintaining....after 30's dn 40's it will gradually increase....still if you insist...then eat...eat...eat....and then...sleep...sleep..sleep....it will make you fat....then you will hv BP...diabetics.....heart disease....etc.., choice is yours...good luck....

eat lots of juck food and sweets try to happy and eat lot of fats
