My self confidence always seems to go up a bit when I'm in a good relationship. I guess it's knowing you're not the only one who thinks you're ok!

Oh yes it sure does! Nothing builds confidence like a good relationship and nothing destroys confidence like a bad one.

I think it does. You can only think so and so much of yourself, but if you're the only one that thinks so it doesn't feel great. It's not great being the only one who likes you basically. If another person likes you, you'll feel more confident.
At least I feel more reassured and therefore more confident if I'm with someone good who likes me.

Yes, your self confidence will rise. Also, it makes your life brighter and happier. A good relationship will make you whole.

YEs it does! You feel a whole better about yourself. Your self-esteem improves. Everyday you look forward to the future. You improve and improve more on yourself: eat healthy, do recreational activity
