My self confidence always seems to go up a bit when I'm in a good relationship. I guess it's knowing you're not the only one who thinks you're ok!

I think it does. You can only think so and so much of yourself, but if you're the only one that thinks so it doesn't feel great. It's not great being the only one who likes you basically. If another person likes you, you'll feel more confident.
At least I feel more reassured and therefore more confident if I'm with someone good who likes me.
