Hi Emmanuel
Did you know that your name means 'God is with us', in Hebrew ?This was the foretold name of the Messiah in the Old Testament.
...When God is Himself with us, Death is only His way of inviting our mortal souls back into His Heaven - and NOT a hostile act.
...Among us, the human beings who inhabit the World today, the most hostile element is human INTOLERANCE - which basically stems from a basic IGNORANCE !
In spite of having an 'education', there are too many among us, who have NO knowledge - about either their own, or others' religions. That generates the maximum hostility !

Death is not hostile,it may be the cause that is hostile.
you only get one go at living,so you may as well enjoy the time that you are allotted, life can be hostile dependant upon the circumstances of your life, it is what it is, you make it what it is.

Death is not hostile, what leads to death is hostile i.e sickness, antural disasters, accidents etc. You know what? Living is more hostile than dying, In death You rest in life, the struggle continues and woe onto you if you are born in africa. Now dont ask me how i know the dead rest because i just thnk. i have never died, and all the people who have died and resurrected dont seem to know how they felt either let alone what they saw!!!!

Death is natural - so not hostile at all. Now torture I would suggest is hostile. Individually so - which makes it worse.

Death does not have to be hostile. Hate is hostile. Bigotry is hostile. Intolerance is hostile.
