Believe me the best way is always to go into the country.
Or, to watch german tv, reading, and talking with people they correct you when you make mistakes. I dont think i could learn it in an other way.Good luck.

There are multii-lingual (linguishtics) tutors in town who offered services of teaching various languages, approach one of them.

go to germany or ask a person who knows how to speak german to tuitor you.

There is some good software it's called "Rosetta Stone"...Good luck!!!
