Well my girlfriend had braces when she was 16 and she used to put some rubberbands that would help

I'm a man - so no I haven't but my wife tells me that (before we were married) she once gave a guy head in a nightclub in London and he was wearing braces (Red ones with silver buckles)
Does that count????
