Castor oil is safe; it used to be almost a ritual that American children were given castor oil each night as a sort of general "tonic" (you should hear some of the horror stories my mother tells about THAT). Castor oil is usually available at any pharmacy.

I suggest using Jojoba oil from a medical or health shop for oiling the hair, it gives a much softer, smoother effect and is absorbed by the hair and scalp more readily. Hope this helps.

its absolutely safe to buy caster oil from any chemist shop. Do u want to use it to stop falling hair or for softening hair ? For falling hair i used Regen hair vitalizer, it is 100% herbal with bioactive nutrients that stimulate hair growth. It really helped me.
