Depends in which perspective you want to know from..
If scientific, I would say .. transparent
Artists point of view...Mediterranean..shades of cobalt blue with soft hues of green...Pacific..Sky or Baby Blue on a clear day..Green on a warm day...Greys on a cold day...Brownish..stormy day.....(Too many to name here)..
Then there is additives with pollution chucked in for our drinking water..and if a pipe bursts...well it is a color I would not want to drink..!!

If we were talking about clean water there would be no color at all because it would be transparent. But if there are impurities that affect the water's physical outlook, then it will have color.

Water is colourless.you may see sometimes water in seas,rivers blue or green due to the reflection of the sky or due to it being polluted by human beings.It can also be because of the aquatic plants that grow in it.But always remember that water is colourless.

There is no color to it. However when polluted it can be any color you can think of included muti colored and rainbow. Heck it can even reflect the most beautiful and horrific images as well.

In India its a dirty green-brown colour. Clean water however is clear or colourless.
