No. Jesus never existed. And even if he did, he wasn't a very good role model. He thought owning slaves was ok and his words led to many people being burnt at the stake.
John 15:6 - If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

No. Jews were right, Jesus was certainly not their Messiah (and this is clear according to their scriptures, and they are highly intelligent people and know how to read their own books). Well they didn't have to accept him but slaughtering him was not very nice. Actually Jesus laughed about their Messiah and their religion in general (see Gospel of Judas and other gnostic writings which the early Christian church attempted to destroy because they had already decided that he was the Messiah and killed/burned anything that contradicted them).

Jesus is the Messiah that the Jews of the Old Testament were expecting.
I believe Jesus is a prophet, and he is the Son of God. This is a title of honour, and should not be interpreted ultra-literally. Jesus existed in the mind of God before his birth, and has been called the Word, or revelation, of God, thereby identifying him with God. I am unsure of the concept of an "eternally begotten" Son of God.

YES! and i do accepted Him as my personal Lord and Savior.
Grace and mercy to everyone who doesnt believe, for He said in John 14:4" I am the way, the Truth and the Life., no one comes to the Father except through Me". And one day He'll surely come back for the whole world to know the Truth of His spoken Words. Maranatha!

I am a Pastafarian. If Jesus ever existed, I think he was probably an okay to good guy. I dont think he saved humanity from their sins, though if his miracle stories are based in fact, he was either a fake, a genetic mutant, studied healing arts, an alien, or divinely inspired. All praise the Flying Spaghetti Monster!

Yes, interestingly enough, i got in this same argument with my first ex (Jewish) over how our children should be raised ... my argument was that since the foundation of Christianity is Judeaism, that the determination as to whether they were Christian or Jewish would be the litmus test of whether they, as individuals, believed that Christ was the Messiah or not, if they did, they were Christian, if they did not, they were Jewish. her argument was that any child born of a Jewish mother was Jewish ... hence, we never did have any kids (thank God!)
