If they aren't living together anymore, then it doesn't really count as him being married, he's separated. But if they are living together then she might hunt you down, better stay away!

Don't let someones answer dictate your actions. Just because his wife cheated does not make it ok for him to cheat. Read your own words. "it's just that his divorce paper isn't finalized yet". GET IT? If not read it again and again until you GET IT. How do you know for sure that his wife cheated? Or is it a big lie from him to get you in bed? Have you seen those divorce papers? When does he say it will be finalized? Have him show you the papers. You might be surprised at what's "really going on".

do you know for a fact that he is getting a divorce? cause that is just like a man to say that he is , when actually he has a family at home depending on him. I say let him be for a while until you are positive that he is available. and even if his wife cheated on him or not, unless he is free, then don't mess with him

No. If divorce papers are done and there's an official separation and he is legally divorced, then maybe you can consider. Don't fall for it or you might end up being just another mistress. Sorry, just my opinion.

no i would never be with a married man.if his divorce is in the final stage its ok to go out but no moving in with him and certainly no sex.

he may be lying about all that s';;t, entertain him when the devorce is finalised and you have seen the proof that he s not married otherwise you can be sued by the wife.
