I love the look of Anne's heavy fringe, but I think wispy is more fashionable and easier to "wear" and maintain, it's meant to look fresh and easy-breezy; Go for it!

Not everyone can pull off Anne's fringe. You really need celeb grooming for that kind of stuff. Wispy fringe is much more in style with the non-celebs of the world who still want to look gr8 :D
