I really doubt it is a brain tumor, but get it checked out, I suspect you may have vision problems, or possible migraine headaches. I was in the medical field for 15 years and would try to diagnosis myself, I too was a hypochondriac. What I learned the hard Way is IF YOU LOOK FOR S___T, you will find it. Your fear of dying will cause you anxiety, that will make you sick. PLEASE see a DR. and discuss your anxiety issue first, that alone may be the culprit, GOOD LUCK

obviously nooone can tell without seeing you but sometimes with tumors you'll get blurred vision and nausea.

The fluid thing sounds wrong.....I'm not sure what you mean by that. If you mean straight up watery eyes then that's OK.

I would get your eyes tested and go to the doctor if that doesn't give you the answer you are looking for

I'd say Anxiety (been there!) except for the fluid in your eye. See a doctor and a psychologist, too. Sounds like you also have Depression. (Again, I speak from experience!) Take care.

I very much doubt that it is a brain tumour. With a barin tumour, you usually taste things that arent there, smell stuff that isnt there and have a high ringing in your ear constantly.
Just go to the doctors and be sure, though. Post back, so we know that your okay.
Hope evrything goes well!

Go to your Dr put your mind at rest and they will do A CT scan and have your answers within the hour. It's a hollow tube that moves you slightly and takes images of your brain. Painless non claustrophobic and best you'll have peace of mind.
