hi, im really interested in adopting a baby from latin america or russia, but no idea how or where to go, or even how long itll take? i have 2 children already and i want to adopt this time so i can give a little child a good loving home.

Why don't you adopt from your own country? Just as many in need there.

Its nice that you would like to adopt despite the country but be very carefull. Try and avoid orphanages as their is a high risk that the child you adopt could have serious problems (mentally and physically) because they havent had all the attention they need.

Yes i agree, your own country will have many children that need parents........try your own social services, they will be able to advise you.
