Depends on how big/how much you eat.

The 1st 3 sites basically say the same thing.

Less than 1 hour for a snack of 200 or fewer calories
1 - 2 hours for a liquid meal (such as a liquid meal replacement or blended meal — a smoothie)
2 - 3 hours for a smaller sized meal: 200 - 400 calories
3 - 4 hours for a larger meal: over 500 calories

hope this helps

Hiya it depends on how you feel, how much you have had to eat. You will know yourself when you food has digested. I wish i was a bit like you I never exercise. I could do with some one like you to give me a push. Good question and good luck

About half hour to 45 Mins
It takes approx. half an hour for the food digest. To be safe leave it an hour but your body should let u know when its ok.

My personal trainer told me 60 minutes (1hour), I think he's quite a reliable source, due to the fact he now runs his own gym.
