Apple Crumble Pie
"Yummy variety of apple pie that is quick and easy.
INGREDIENTS:
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust
5 cups apples - peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup white sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons butter
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C.) Arrange apple slices in unbaked pie shell. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
Mix 1/3 cup sugar with flour; cut in butter until crumbly. Spoon mixture over apples.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until apples are soft and top is lightly browned.

Would have to be chess pie. It's like pecan pie, but without the pecans.
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon cornmeal
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl combine melted butter or margarine, eggs, and sugar. Mix well, then add cornmeal, vinegar, and vanilla extract. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until set and golden brown on top.

neasy recipe for Steak and Guinness pie.
chop up some rump steak or buy steak pieces.
fry on hot pan until browned.
add some onions and reduce heat to low.
mix up some gravy granules with water and make a thick gravy.
pour over the mixture.
add some sliced mushrooms.
add half a pint of guinness (regular can or bottle - NOT Coldflow).
Simmer for 20 mins.
for the pie - use shop bought puff pastry.
needs couple hours to defrost - do in advance.
while pie mix is simmering - cut pastry into rectangles and bake in oven - takes 15-20 mins.
place steak and guinness mix on a plate and simply place a piece of cooked pastry on top.
Simple and tasty pie.

Chicken and Ham Pie
Serves 4-6
450g (1lb) Cooked Chicken
300 ml (½ pint) Chicken stock
110g (4oz) Cooked Ham
225g (8oz) Puff Pastry
160g (6oz) Carrots
1 Onion
150 ml (¼ pint) Milk
150 ml (¼ pint) Single Cream
110g (4oz) Frozen Peas
25 g (1oz) Butter
1 Egg
3 tbsp Plain Flour
25g (1oz) Parsley
Ground Bay Leaves
Salt & Black Pepper
Peel and slice the carrots, cook in boiling water for 5-7 minutes, then drain.
Melt the butter and cook the chopped onion until transparent.
Dice the chicken and ham.
Mix with the chicken, ham, carrots, onions and peas in an ovenproof pie dish.
Add the flour gradually stirring in the chicken stock.
Bring to the boil, stirring continuously and simmer until thickened.
Stir in the milk, cream, parsley and a pinch of bay, season and heat without boiling for 2 minutes.
Pour the sauce into the pie dish.
Roll out the pastry on a floured surface, cut off a strip of pastry and place on the rim of the dish, moisten, then place the remaining pastry on top.
Trim the edges and press to seal.
Make a hole in the centre of the pastry to allow steam to escape.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake at 190°C; 375°F: Gas 5 for 40 minutes, until the pastry is cooked.
Serve hot.
As an alternative use button mushrooms instead of ham.

Creamy Uncooked Cherry Pie
1 medium can cherry pie filling
1 prepared graham cracker crust
2 cups (heaping) whipped cream
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Pour cherry pie filling onto pie crust. Spread with whipped cream. Sprinkle on nuts. Chill 2 hours. Serve.

Oreo Pie
1 box instant Oreo pudding
1 premade chocolate pie crust (found in the baking aisle)
1. Make instant pudding according to directions, basically pour pudding and 2 cups milk into bowl, mix.
2. Pour pudding into pie crust, refrigerate.
If you want to get fancy use whip cream and put an oreo on top.
