Create a new module and type in:

DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet

Be sure you put a space at the end of the command. Access will prompt you for the parameters needed for sucessful execution of the command. It is best to do the transfer manually first, creating a transfer Specification that you save. Put the name of the transfer spec into your DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet command and your transfer will behave better.
