Cyberstalking is threatening and unsolicited emails from a person for the purpose of surveillance and control. If your child is being stalked, ask them....sounds silly, but they'll know. Just teach them about what it is and why its inappropriate. That way not only will they know if its happening to them, but they'll be unlikely to commit this crime themselves.
Usually the quickest way to fix it is change email address - and delete the old account. Depending on the nature of the threats, it may be wise to alert authorities. educate you child to know that a email address is like a personal phone number. Would you give it to everyone one, if you thought they were going to ring you 24/7?

Perverted emails and IM messages on messengers. I would make your child get an email account that you can see or get a Spy system so you can monitor everything on computer. That way you can atleast figure out info on the pervs incase something happens to your child.
