My experience with black people- and I used to work with a few in a company I used to work for- is that they make more assumptions about white people than they want to outright admit. An example is- they think that since white people are white that they all have a great advantage in the general scheme of things which is not really true. As in they got no problems and there isn't expectations being put on them the way black people have expectations on them. White people have societal expectations and we carry burdens but they come in different shapes and forms. But they can be just as stressful to us as the many obstacles that blacks have to face being a minority.

They also think that ALL white people 's ancestors were slave owners during the 1800's when probably the truth of that (today) is probably less than 25 % of us is it true. I had to explain to my black coworkers that my father came to America around 1950 so I wasn't one of them and I sensed some relief from them when they realized that was the case. I could go on but those are some examples that come to mind right now.

But to specifically answer your question....are blacks more racist I generally would say that I think black people think white people are racist before they give them a chance to know that they aren't. I also experience more anger from black people in general than I do from white people and no one wants to be around people who may be angry. I am always happy when I meet a black person who doesnt have a chip on their shoulders cause it happens less often than it should.

honestly, i don't know. but i will say, that trying to define racism is about as easy as trying to define "who is God?" it's not an easy thing to do! and it's not something that everyone will view the same way. using the "n" word is apparently racist, right? yet many black people use it more than whites. but when blacks use it, they use it as a historical term of comfort amongst their own people. it's similar to everyone in your family calling the patriarch of the family "Papa," but the rest of the world only addresses him by proper name. is it wrong for an outsider to refer to the my family patriarch as Papa? i suppose they can say whatever they want. but my Papa will certainly not understand, nor think it's appropriate, for someone else, besides family, to be calling him Papa. so in that sense, i do not think blacks are necessarily racist becase they use certain terms and/or phrases that others should not use.

but then there is the part of racism that is the act of discrimination. literally treating one race superior than the other. my only input on this issue is that, blacks aren't in enough superior positions to treat other blacks more superior! :) if you really think about it, all of the non-blacks who are flooding the courts with reverse racism claims, are really fighting decisions made by OTHER NON-WHITES, to place certain minorities in certain positions. blacks usually aren't making the decisions to discriminate against anybody. reverse-discrimination has just been a term assigned to the concept of blacks being in a position that a white person thinks they should have. but i'm sure that at the root of the scenario, there is a non-black person who ultimately placed the black in said position.

all that to say...i still don't know :)

NO

Racists are racists no matter what their colour.

There is no level of racism it's, excuse the phraseology, a black or white situation - either you are or you aren't.

If you are referring on a racial instead of individual basis then again I have to say no.

Blacks, and asians, are more insular than whites, but that is because they are in the minority in most of the western world so get more abuse than they would expect in a balanced society.

But that does not make blacks/asians, as a group, racist.

black people are more vocal when it comes to the subject, but right now white are hated more than anyother race because throwing the race card on a subject usually works even though theres been equality of all races for years and years............now the term is being misused as they are trying to say Illegal immigrant is a race all of a sudden....what color whould illegal immigrant race be because ive seen all colors and yes that would include white people.

I think black people are more angry when it comes to issues of race. But white people are catching up pretty fast.

I think there is a natural tendency for hatred to level out among humans throughout races as well as across races.....Quantum mechanics applied to social science......

Sadly, even if everyone were one color and one religion, ignorant people would still find someone to hate.
