yes its true... because on text and online u cannot see the person... when u are actually in front of him u become catious of what u say.. and that reflects on yr body movements

Up until my early twenties, I was really shy and struggled to flirt with the opposite sex without doing something really stupid or getting so self-consious. I had a girlfriend at the time who was similar to me though, so we got on well. It took us 6 months before we actually started dating - she had to make the first move (after 6 months of seeing each other every day(!) and not knowingly flirting). Now I've developed a much stronger personality and character, but to be honest, I miss those days as it made things like relationships so much more interesting. There were so many more emotions involved in meeting someone and the most intense relationship I had was when I was shy. Don't see it as a negative. Some people actually find it very appealing.

I am too a shy person but if I really like someone I will try and make an effort and talk to them, I am trying to get over the shyness thing myself..x

u need to be ur self when ur OFFLINE !! u shouldnt get effected by the looks of people
i mean when u flirt with a hott boy online .without seeing him .. but when u see him u go like " ohh i cant believe i flirted with him if this was real i wouldnt do that"

sort of....online and txting is much easier because ther person is not right in front of you..you wont feel as stupid...but its very wierd when u flirt online or something and u meet them and there a whole different person....just go out there and act the same as you would..

yah i think there are lot of peepz out there who have the guts to do stuffs wen dey know dt dey won't be seen by the person they are flirting with..coz some of us specially gurls are shy in person..

yeh i am.....ur like that becoz u can say what u want without feeling silly....if the person replys by sayin something u get embarrassed about its ok.....coz u cant see them......but u will have to get used to talkin face to face.....coz when u get a boyfriend/girlfriend u cant just text them all the time u will need to see them.....iv got out of it + u will to.....

Yup, when it comes to women in real life I tend to clam up, but when I'm talking to them on the computer I open right up.
