I am 14 yrs old my hight is 5"7, I can't play any sports. Which is the best way or exercise to increase my hight?......thnx

Play basketball, strech out , do gymnastics, swim, but it's in the genes. You are too tall for your age. I know a 47 yr old man and he is only 5'4 so you should be very happy.

Go to China and there they will break your legs and keep extending them with pins and bolts, up to a maximum of 3 inches I believe. Takes months and a lot of pain is involved, not to mention the money and visa stuff.

drink more low fat milk for bone growth? and if you don't do sports, avoid carrying heavy stuff that will weigh you down. you don't wanna have a hunch-back if you wanna be taller. that won't look good on you anway.

Don't operate your leg!! it occurs critical problems. actually some persons don't walk anymore after leg-operation of china.
