We are born with the capacity to love. But it takes a few years to figure out what real love is. There is no certain set age. I think that a lot depends on how the person was taught growing up.

For men, I think it starts at the age of 21 while for women it starts at the age of 23. Men gets matured faster than women.
Nevertheless, some people gets matured faster because they have more experiences. So, what I am saying here is that to truly love someone, someone should be matured enough to know the risks and sacrifices he/she should take to love that person he/she truly loves.

I don't think age is relevant. It will depend on each person, how mature they are and what they want from life. Not everyone wants love, marriage, kids, etc... They say that at birth we know how to love from the love our parents and caregivers. I see age as just a number. It is a way to track how long we have been on earth.

There is no such perfect age.you urself wont know wen true love touches u.govt has not made a legal age to fall in love.but when u bacome matured enough to identify the good and the bad.then its the right time.,!
