Dear understand that "want and speak" two verbs can't come together, before speak add "to".
second big mistake is u have put "to" before speak in yr last line, so see carefully the above correction which I have made seeing your question.
Dear u should read small debating articles in newspapers, magazines, etc. buy one filmi magazine and one competition magazine and read conversation daily for one hour each, catch the general speaking skills and use them while talking with others. Select one close friend who can speak english fluently and then u both must converse in english all the time. See English movies in TV on HBO, Star World channel,
Always try to think in english, never in hindi or yr mother tounge and forget about grammer, but then dont make blunder grammer mistakes which u would understand earliest by reading the above 2 magazines, just speak out whatever comes in yr mind/heart, dont afraid, dont shy, it just needs little practice and joining any English institute won't help, ultimately u yourself have to understand and make efforts for speaking fluently. Reading conversation is very important and then bring all those things in practical way. 15 days hard work will bring excellent results. Just try my ADVICE.
