No, that is why YOU left Mexico, because YOUR country treats you like slaves... YOU chose to come here and are willing to work for less wages than US citizens because it is MORE than you would make in YOUR country... Go home and fight to make changes there!

The Mexicans I have worked with have gotten fair wages - but perhaps that is because they have legal status. I work in the construction industry. I am sure if they often must work for lower wages in exchange for employment that is less scrutinized by the government.
Placing unreasonable requirements for immigration is one of the complaints that were made against King George, in the Declaration of Independance. If you read the reasons the US declared its independance from Britain, you will be shocked to discover than fully half (maybe more) of the complaints against the king can be made now, against the current government.
When the government started placing limits on immigration, this country started its decline. America achieved greatness on the backs of immigrants - legal and "illegal".

So they can prove they are doing something about illegal immigration. I'm wondering when people will start worrying about immigration letting people from the middle east in the u.s. and then have no idea where those people are. I also am wondering when people will be concerned about illegal chinese and other groups why are we concentrating on Mexicans? Also, wasn't it their land before the white man came from Europe and stole it from the Native Americans and Mexicans (Texas) So for all those who say go home read your history books not the american history books that make the white man sound so honorable. What are the names of most cities in california? well they are Spanish sur names like San Francisco, Los Angeles, Modesto, I don't hear any highlands or wales.
As for free benefits, they never file tax returns and money paid in Social Security they will never collect so what ever they get they have paid for with their hard earned money. How many americans live on welfare and rather not work for the $6 an hour. Those are the people living for free.

You know what, if Mexicans don't like they way they are treated by us, then why the hell to they come over here???? If they don't like it they can go right back where they came from, or not come over at all. I have many Mexican friends who are not "slaves". They work just as hard as I do. All I am saying is if your going to complain about how you are treated, DON'T COME TO THE U.S.!

because its illegal would you like terrorist to be able to walk across ?besides the people of mexico they may also be watching for other activity.and slaves my mexican lawn guy charges me 120.00$ a month for my lawn to be cut and drives a brand new chevy truck some slave he makes more than some americans do give me a break.

Mexicans? Slaves? Ha. Hardly. They get more than their fair share. Free health benefits, free education, free food. Oh, and they aren't required by law to speak English, the OFFICIAl language of this country!

Oh come on...they come here to find work and GLADLY accept the $6/hr (or whatever) they get, so how does that make them slaves???
They CHOOSE to come here and come of their own free will, so they are in no way, shape or form slaves.
