Why congratulations to her? Is it that big of an honor for her to be able to marry you?
Rethink your marriage because you should be able to ask her why she cried instead of complete strangers of why she cried.
Communicate with her. It's important.

How come you dont ask why when the tears are right in front of you? I really dont understand that. She either is happy even in your congrats to her or she's feeling maybe it was inappropriate...it all depends on how she interpreted it. It's a mystery.

Wierd..why you congrat her. Instead you should propose to her than she will cry! or she cry because she wants to marry you but you congrat her means you are making fun of her thats why she cry!
