Is it me,lol. Sounds like depression. A better diet & some exercise could help. Eggs in the morning & chicken for dinner. Maybe you could go for a walk around the neighborhood & even have a girls night of mud masks, hair conditioning treatments & my fave non alcoholic drink ice, 3/4 cranberry & 1/4 pineapple juice, swirl withh straw & drink. Some good man bashing & you will feel better in the morning.

Is this you or a friend of yours? The behaviors you describe are symptoms of the illness depression. You say she has lost all of her friends, which indicates that she has had depression for some time.

If you still are a friend of hers, you can start spending time with her and invite her to go places with you so that she becomes more active. Try to get her to talk with you about her problems and do not offer solutions, just listen - at the beginning. It is important to find out if she is having thoughts of suicide and whether she is planning to suicide.

If she is having thoughts of suicide but no plans, she needs to see her doctor as soon as possible. She will probably need medications to help with this illness. If she has an active plan to commit suicide, and has the means available, you need to take her to a hospital emergency room to get treated immediately.

If this is you, then the same things apply except that you will have to ask someone you used to be friends with to do something with you. Counseling can be a big help with the right counselor.

i seem to be in the same sinereo, almost. it is so unhealthy, believe me. you wake up every day realizing you don't have any friends, and now it just seems too late to make any. you wouldn't even know the first place to start. you work from home, so workplace is out of the question. i know what you are going through, that is where the computer comes in. if you find a way to get out of this...please reach out to me!...lol

Maybe it is some kind of depression. Try to urge her to talk to her Dr about what is going on.
