distort my mp3s when i play them but real player and itunes doesn't?

have you checked the settings in tools... try another eq setting.. and maybe upgrade to wmp11.. better.... also if you ever rip tracks from cd in the wmp.. make sure the quality is set to high.. g luck...

Yes, I agree, get Windows Media Player 10 or better if your system can support it.

You may also want to review your WMP Options settings carefully.

Update yr Media player dude U have limewire well download it make sure its not a virus!

there might be some problem with it so reinstall it
if you doesn't know follow steps
go to control panel>add remove program in that content find window media player and remove it and install it from microsoft.com

Probably because you don't have the proper drivers installed for your soundcard.
