It could be the symptom of one disease, or a bunch of concurrent ones together...her immune system could be down causing the sores in her mouth....the diarrhea could be from the flue and the fevers also...as everyone has already told you...get her to the doctors asap..you don't want to mess around with Staph infection either....especially with fevers that usually mean infections brewing...good luck nice brother

How old is your sister 1stly?
2ndly, is she on any kind of Chemo?
When i was younger and i got sick and had a fever i would get fever blister aka cold sore or cankers sores in my mouth and nose. I am 22 and if i am sick enough it still happens.
Althought the sores your sis is getting could be a series of things like Staph or Impetigo. I would see a doctor asap.

why dont you people go to a doctor, it could be flu but the sores in her mouth thing makes me wonder.

some form of hepatitis. C, possibly.
hope she gets better. if not, take her to the docter as quick as you can.
