Yes, I fell asleep and had a dream. In that dream I fell asleep and had another dream, which I 'woke' from and went back to the original dream, from which I awoke for real.
This has happened to me twice in my life. It's an interesting experience.
I don't know if this exactly what you are getting at in your question. As for 'lucid dreaming' - making a dream go the way you want it to - I can do that, too, at times.

Yes. Lots of times. I've told myself in dreams that "this isn't real and I'm only dreaming". I also recall one dream where I could see myself a giant in a bed in the sky sleeping and dreaming. I told a friend in my dream that "this is only a dream and none of it is real". Wierd. As I got older though, my dreams have become really normal and boring. Now I usually dream of paying bills, mortgages and servicing the car!

AAADoctorOfMedicine,
I, at least twice, knew that I was dreaming and couldn't wake up out of it. I could even feel my eyelids and I could not wake up. The dreams that I was having at the tiome were VERY intense, usualy having to do with demonic attacks, which I remember at least two that were that way, but I finally awoke by willfully moaning out of it once.

I think that's called lucid dreaming.
