There is a reason why some medicine is on prescription. Even painkillers can be very dangerous if taken the wrong way or if mixed with other sorts of medicine.
If you need medicine - go see your doctor!!

There are many out there but I wouldn't try them... your never 100% sure that you are getting the real thing and it could even be fatal if they contain other chemicals not for human consumption..
