I struggle with insomina myself.
Suggestions....make sure it isn't from a medical issue.
Have a bed time routien. Go to bed and get up that same time every day.
If you are laying in bed with things going through your head. Have a piece of paper at your bedside. Then make a list of what you are thinking about. Then tell yourself and write time the day you will think about this stuff. That helps your mind shut down.
Take a hot shower or mineral bath. Do some yoga.
Learn that you can surrive without him. We all need to be able to stand on our own before we can be with someone.

Same here. Hopefully you don't have work or school tomorrow. If not, I say just stay up til you get so tired you have to sleep. If you really need to sleep try an over the counter sleep aid. Benedryl or allergy meds usually work too. Good luck.

Get a very thick pocket book and read it whole day long until you feel sleepy...or call me and I confort you in my shoulder to let you sleep in harmony..until you will forget him completely..

I feel the same way you do..I just cannot fall asleep...I have tried playing a game on the comp...or just getting everything really dark...and listen to music quietly helped me...good luck...but you can see I am still awake...and its 12:42 where I am
