I assume the other party has lodged a claim against your for damages. If they have not, and you are considering settling outside of your insurance you need to be careful that the matter is sorted fully and agreed by both parties.

Modern car bumpers are designed to deform and absorb shocks etc and need to be checked carefully to see if they need replacement after accidents.
There can often be unseen damage which can mean the replacement of an entire assembly. In terms of paint this can also be deceptive as the person you bumped is entitled to have the repair work done to a good standard which again could be replacement of the assembly, and as the replacment are usually unpainted it can cost >£200 >$300 just to paint it.

Your insurance coompany can tell you how much your premium will change based most likely on the level of the claim. It may be that you will loose some/all of a no claims bonus.

As the accident was your fault (you were the only moving vehicle) this will affect your premium.

Good luck !

If the other car wasn't damaged then it won't affect it at all as there's no need for the third party to make a claim. If it was damaged, however, it depends on how much it costs to get it repaired and whether you have protected no claims bonus or not.

It depends how much damage you caused, what the other car was like (expensive?) and whether the owner of the car claimed against you. If it was serious damage and the other person claimed against you, you would lose your no claims bonus (if you had one) which would put your insurance up, probably.

It could. It's an at fault loss, and as such, is surchargeable. However, if the amount they pay is small, your insurance company may not increase the policy. That really depends on their threshold for payment, whether you have a bad record and they've forgiven your prior accident, etc. No one can really say.
