if i added more fiber to my diet would that help me to lose weight?

well...just don't go overboard,....then you risk becoming boarderline bulimic...a good amount of fiber daily will keep you a bit slimmer and your skin nicer..and drink plenty of water too

The best thing is to balance diet and exercise. You can cut your food intake to 0 but it won't help you to loose and maintain your weight. Fibers are good for digestion system. But don't kick out all the meat neither. Our organism is made of numerous balances, our job is to maintain them.

Probably not. Try limiting your caloric intake. Knock it down to about 1,600 a day. Read serving sizes on the labels. Eat only one serving of things. You'd be surprised to see how many servings you are really eating. Stick to one serving.

it might help a little but the best thing is to go low fat and cut out all carbs for a while.

if your full of bowels in your stomach, and it all comes out yes. Other wise, it would just make you more full, thus u would eat less. so yes.
