You can technically lose weight by eating snicker bars, it just depends on how much of them you eat. 3-4 poptarts a day (all together right? Not 3-4 packages...) If it's 3-4 poptarts a day that would be 600-800 calories a day. So, yes, you could lose weight on this "diet." I don't recommend it though. I eat about that much everyday, but I get more "bang for my buck." I eat things like fat free and low sugar yogurt (60 calories) apples (100 c) and frozen meals by SmartOnes and Michelangelo's Lean. They range from around 240-310. Also, Amy's is a great brand. It is vegetarian/vegan burritos, soups, lasagnas. They are delicious! And there are sugar free puddings out there (60 calories) that are great too.

My point is, that if you are going to be going on this extremely low calorie intake diet, then you NEED to have diversity in your foods. Plus, fats have 9calories per gram whereas proteins and carbs only have 4 cal/gram so you can actually eat more than TWICE as much carbs and proteins as you could fat...with the same calorie intakes. So, that's my suggestion. Go out and buy some tuna, beef jerky because these will help you stay full and will be satisfying. They are low calorie too.

Maybe if you ate a 3-4 stem of grapes a day. Poptarts are bread which causes you to gain weight.

Poptarts, I believe, have zero to minimal protein, and that is essential to keep you going through the day.

Plus they have alot of sugar and carbs which does not help with weight loss. It's best if you eat a balanced protein diet, minimize your sugar intake and eat at least 2 meals a day.

Iyou would get very sick,I cant think of a worse plan.Eat a sensible diet from all food groups with controled portains.Avoid white sugar,white flour and excesive fats.Any time somebody says,if I just eat....Stop,it will be wrong.

Not only will you lose weight, you'll get sick, emaciated and end up in the hospital. You want to lose weight? Avoid sugar, and excersise for half an hour every day.

maybe, but if you eat lots of them maybe not, instead eat something without sugar and carbs, like green beans, green salad, tomatoes, or better yet eat any green or yellow veggie, cooked or raw, tomatoes, raw fruits, lean broiled or baked chicken or fish, and low fat milk or yogurt with artificial sweetener, and low fat cottage cheese, no bread, no potatoes, no rice, no pasta, no noodles, no chips, the vitamin may or may not help, water is fine but diet sodas are ok too. and exercise, you should lose weight.

The best thing you can do is to just drink plain water regularly. No to carbonated drinks, sweets, fatty food and junk food.
