First, girls are better disposed to deal with pain and stress(an evolutionary advantage to deal with child birth). Women also are generally shorter then men, which makes them less likely to have heart attacks. Proportional to their bodies, women have a larger brain than men. Also during puberty, women can not get testicular tortion, or many other kinds of problems that men can have during puberty. Women are not without their sex linked health problems of course....
