I feel sleepy after lunch and can't work effectively. Tea Or Coffee fails most of the time to make me energetic. I have heared that there are some sort of easy and non time-consuming exercises that can be helpful. Do anyone knows about such exercises? Thank You.

Are you tired when you wake, or feel sluggish? You may not be getting quality sleep and your body begins to shut down, wanting to rest. If you are heavy or snore during sleep, you may have some form of sleep apnea. A sleep study will confirm. Then there are options to correct this. If this is not the case, also monitor what you eat. Turkey is not good for lunch. Eat foods that metabolize quickly to give you a boost of energy during the afternoon. You feel sleepy after lunch especially when you have taken a heavy meal with plenty of carbohydrates. Change your diet for lunch. Abstain from taking food that contains carbohydrates like rice, bread etc. Take more vegetables and fruits and some meat. You will not feel sleepy and you will not be hungry

If it continues your boss might remedy your problem by letting you sleep all you want at home!! Just kidding. Seriously, I know someone else that had similar symtoms and she discovered she had diabetes, I hope this is not the case with you. Good luck!!
